Color of interior for leatherique dye purchase?
I guess code HX was unknown as an interior color. Dealership was no help also.
Here are a couple pics of backseat and rear ctr. consol.
Here is the Leatherique page with the Porshe colors. Anyone know exactly which one I need to order?

The interior seems fairly common in color and is Champagne/Cashmere?
Thanks in advance.

If you need cashmere beige, let me know. I purchased some and used about 1 for some touch up. I will sell it for 30% off their price shipped. I can send you a pic of the container of it if you are interested.

My interior color is the same as yours. I am interested in purchasing some of this too. For some reason it looks like #972, which is Cashmere (same color name as our interiors) and NOT 925.

After calling 5 diff. dealerships all over the state, I finally found one who spent the time to research this.
928's up to '88 having this color (seat combo LG5) are called Champagne. '89 and up are Cashmere.

you should have it color matched to your seat so it will match to the actual old faded color the material is now, otherwise you will have some new looking parts in the car and the rest will be faded

You might want to consider using Duron instead
Instead of calling to dealers you could have spend few minutes to find same info from PET. It really isn't very hard.
Vilhuer, I don't understand the purpose of this comment. Is there a language deficit? Or were you just being rude.
The only interior code that was on the codes label was HX. To find out LG5 as the seat color, the dealer must run the VIN to pull all the codes, these are not the codes that are available on the option codes sticker.
Plus, aren't the dealership guys getting paid?

Nuc I don't think Vilhuer comment was to be rude. Just pointing out that if you have access to the PET the various colors are listed. Can't wait to see pictures of your efforts.
