If the gap's excessive, you can adjust it. The rubber stops on the lower corners of hatch and hood are adjustable and can be screwed in or outwards until the gap is even and likes up with the other panels.

As Hilton says yuo can adjust the height of hood and hatch by adjusting the rubber stops - Caveat you should also adjust the hood lock and hatch lock to suit.
However I suspect you are referring to the horizontal gap. You can slide the hood forwards by adjusting the hinge bolts at the rear until the corners of the leading edge of the odd are nearly but not quite in line with the leading edge of the fenders as they meet the rubber piping between fender and front PU.
At the rear I don't think you can adjust the horizontal position of the hatch. However be aware that the rear PU seems to sag downwards over time and you can't fix this either.
