Default Which bodykit is this?

This pic. turned up on the random pic thread.

Does anyone know what kit it is? Any more pics?
I also think the front wheel arch is rounded?

Oh, and i found the project thread at the company.
They bought the car secondhand with the kit, and made it orange

I actually liked the green better.

When green it looks like something AMG would have done 10 years ago. But the revised version in orange looks tasteful too. I like the orange stripe on the wheels.

Not bad before or after and I don't usually like kits.

Ed, I agree with you...that Orange car looks SO SWEET! Super tasteful yet aggressive enough for today's mean streets! I LOVE IT! If I were going to mod a 928 that is something I would seriously not mind it looking like!

The original kit is a Gemballa kit.

Are you sure?
The Gemballas I have seen looks like the pics here. Did they make another version?

What about the front? Any info on round wheel arches?

Hmmm... I can't say for sure, but it has the style of a Gemballa, even though toned down from the more extreme version you show in the later pictures.

Fun detail on the orange car. Took this picture three years ago.

Not trying to hijack, but does this look like a Gemballa? I believe it was done in or around LA. Of note - no seam between rear cover and body, all mods seamlessly flared into body.

You can always modify and further customize body kits during installation.

Neil, that looks a lot like the AIR rocker panel extensions just better integrated than they would have been by the average person putting them on...

Ok. After som hardcore google searching I have found it. It is a Rinspeed R29.
Next question: Does anyone know if these are still available from Rinspeed or other source?
