TB belt, WP, thermostat, TB tensioner, and TB tensioner roller was changed about 22K miles ago but several years ago. Is there anything that was missed that should have been changed during that job? I am just going off of a service reciept. Total miles on car is 110,000 and the work was done at 88,000 miles. The WP was a $389 cost so I am assuming that it is a factory WP and not rebuilt. I want to change out the belt because of age. Given the information provided, what would you guys suggest should be replaced with new at the time of the belt change?

Contact Roger at 928sRus, and he has some really nice spreadsheets of the parts list required for a proper job for those jobs...costs, PNs, quantities..etc.

Factory recommendation is 60K miles or 5 years. If your over the 5 year date or if you don't trust the reciept than change it. At just 22K miles and less than 5 years all it needs is a re-tension. FYI most of us here change the belt at or around 45K miles just to be safe.

Factory water pump would run you $1000.00 or more from a dealership and most independents. I would assume you have a rebuilt or a Laso pump.
I wouldn't bother 'retensioning' yet, just check the tension. I know thats what the he meant.

The belt is about 10 years old. That is why I want to change it. If the WP was list price $527 and they charged them $389, that could'nt be a rebuilt pump at 10 years ago prices could it?

Get a belt and call it done. Skip the pump. If you must pull it, order just a gasket and make some bets. You can pull the pump for inspection and flop it back in. if you want to do more while you're there, convert to a porktensioner.

"Several years" is what gets it for me, unless it was done by someone I know personally, and even then things might be sketchy. When I did mine the first time I found the PO's shop had stripped a waterpump bolt and the tensioner arm allen was rounded out. And I know the PO and those shop guys well!!

Check the tensioner. If the boot is soft, whole and not leaking, fill with oil.
Check for excessive wear on the belt sprocket teeth, make sure that the belt is running near the center of the sprockets. Mark the cam sprockets at the 45 degree position.
Check for fluid leaks.
Check the distributor caps and rotors for corrosion, cracks and carbon tracks.
Check all accessory belts for wear and cracks. Check the hoses on the power steering reservoir for seepage.
Flush the coolant system.

I already know the acc belts are in bad shape. A rescent shop inspection said the TB looked good but I am taking that with a grain of salt untill I get the covers off my self. As far as the tensioner cap and O ring, is that something that can refreshed or do you need a new tensioner? Does the PK tensioner just replace this unit? If so I would probably go that route at the time of the TB change. I am definitely leaning towards keeping the WP if it feels tight and is not leaking.

It's good for business just replace everything.
