Default Wheel Question

Will porsche cup 2 wheels fit on a 928? Is the offset right or no?

They are 17x7 and 17x9

What is the offset on them? I am running 17" twist wheels (9" and 7.5") et is 50 rear and 55 front. 225/45 front and 275/40 rear.

A 7" wheel in front is gonna be awfully skinny. I'd hold out for a set of 8" fronts and 9" rears if you like that style of wheel.

I'm pretty sure the narrowest stock 928 wheel was either 7.5" or 8". Later years got staggered 8" and 9" wheels.

S and Comp Group Discs were 7" front, 7" rear.

S4 Discs were 7" front, 8" rear.

see 14. Using Other Porsche Wheels

I have been thinking about 17x7, and 17x9 all 55 mm offset, with the tire sizes shown

I have 17" Cup 2 7"/9" et 55 front/rear. The 7" fronts can take a 225/45 tire but no more. The rears fit perfectly with 255's and the 21 mm "S" spacers, with an S4 they would still be OK but just have a narrower stance on the back.
