87 928 car wil not start
replaced fuse panel,now car has no power when turning ignition on also tried in neutral still no power every thing else works in car.

Since the rule is to first suspect what you last did, check, in order:
Check for 12vdc at the main power connectors on the top of the panel.
Check Plug A and make sure that it is fully seated.
Pull Relay XIV (Start Relay) and check for 12vdc on Terminal 30. If there is power, touch a jumper from Terminal 30 to Terminal 87. If the starter spins, the yellow wire to the starter is OK. If the starter doesn't spin, Check Plug Q to ensure that it is fully seated. Then check the yellow wire at the 14-pin connector near the jump start terminal on the right fender panel.
Check for 12vdc at the main power connectors on the top of the panel.
