Default 18" phone dial rims..

18" Autostrada Monza 3-piece Phone Dials

I could rock these for sure... too bad they are only 5x 114.3 bolt pattern...

Someone has to be able to make up a 3 piecer that has this look and the 5x130 bolt pattern..

I was just thinking the other day it would be a fun project to model up some 18" phonies.
I really like these, but they're lacking a touch of the drama found in the original design.
3 piece wheels are out of my favor. I would model them for straight up casting.
Should talk with Hartmann Wheels and see if they have any interest.

17 or 18 with retro look would be great.

Could always do them out of billet.

I used to design billet cut motorcycle wheels for a client.
His customers were all over the custom bike world.

I bet you could get a set of billets for <$4K

heck...could some one change the HUB instead of the wheel! Some adapter or something?

those are beautiful!

+928

They are pretty close, but the holes should be more sculpted, as in the original design.

I also agree with Jim in that a one-piece rim would be nicer, as it would not have the distracting (and possibly hard to clean) bolts.

17" is not a problem as Strosek's are available every now and then. Also 18" exists but they are very rare. These are 8x17 ET50 and 9x17 ET50 friend is selling.

I've seen a strosek set, very nice.

Do like the raised sculpted style of the original though.

I agree those Strosek wheels just don't do it for me as much, to flat.

Turn the outside bolts around to hide them (like Fikse does with their 3-piece) and that would be the ultimate wheel.

Yes

There are adapters like that for the VW crowd to use Porsche wheel's and the Mustang crowd to run 5-bolt on 4-bolt hubs.

The problem with the 928 is the front offset. The wheels would have to be something like an et70 to be inboard enough to make room for the hub adapter.

I've seen the Stosek's before, but they are just flat with a circle cut out. This Autostrada set is the first "phone dial" style rim I've seen with a bit of relief for the holes (like the originals)..not as much relief as a stock set, but pretty close.

I haven't seen any adapters that go from 130 x 5 to 114 x 5.. but it's good to know there are other companies making phone dial "reps" in 18" sizes..

I would LOVE a set of those!!!
I was very bummed when my old phonedials wouldn't fit over my S4 calipers.
