I'm back into supercharger planning mode and have started acquiring the remaining parts that I need to install my Andy Keel kit which I bought back in '04 but never installed. I want to use a Sharktuner and will buy one on my own if necessary. However, If anyone relatively local is interested in going in as well, I'd be happy to contribute to a shared unit. I'm planning on a relatively vanilla SC install, so I don't expect to need to use the Sharktuner much after the car is set up and running well.

Dave C has one. Not sure about loaning it out, but I'm sure he would help you in some way.

FWIW, I ordered my Sharktuner II today (with both the 12 and 19 way cables), so there will be at least one in the area potentially available for use. There may be some others around here, but I never received any confirmation when I asked last December.
