ok update time got timing belt back togeher (only take me about a week i broke the bolt that holds the timing tentioner bracket and had to specialy order from porsche)
Anyway just as yoy guys said i inspectet the dist caps very close and found a crack in one of them and also found corosion on the right coil and wire so replace both items. Car runs 95% better but idles rough and once in the while will backfire and the funny thing is once it back fires then it runs perfect until i slow down again

i had the same issue on my buick,(455) after a winterstall i drove 20 miles, stopped the car at a store, after 20minutes i started the car again,
idles quit normal, backfires under load and lack of power, i only could drive at slow speed and had the pedal to the floor. i limped back home,
next day it hardly started
cap and rotor looked clean, but when replaced with new the problem was cured. cleaning , sanding didnt help by the way.
it was a msd cap and rotor only 3 years old on a car that had only done 5000km in summertime.seems that a cap can have oxidation from just standing still in winterstore.

reason for the lower hp and misfires are the small spark in combustion chamber. the spark is bigger in the distributorcap than at sparkplug. a bad wire would give you rough idle but is driveble.

If you mean at the 7:00 o'clock position of the crank, it is a pinch wheel. On later models, it is deleted.
