Intake Sealing Plates
Anyone have a set of intake sealing plates they'd let me borrow while I do my intake refresh? I'll pay postage both ways, send cash in the box for the postage out when I send them back. Want to really keep something from falling in there while I clean.
Thanks in advance.

I could use duct tape but I don't plan on doing this again for 10 more years and buying the plates doesn't seem to make sense to me. ROI is very poor.

IMHO workshop absorbant shop towels work well, individual pieces for each port.
Not only do they stop debris they also absorb the cleaning fluids and give full access to the mating surface of the cylinder heads. They are also price competetive.

Thanks everyone. Someone is sending me a set to use. Gotta love this community.
I have an engine "hoist" for motor mount jobs I'd be happy to give to someone. Local is best but I can get it to Riverside pretty easily on a friends truck. Or I can get it to Lake Park, GA pretty easily on a friends truck.
Let me know if any interest. Just paying it forward. I'll post this as a new thread too.

see the thread I created on it. Hoist is not the best word, support is a better word
