Yep, Momo hub for the 928 around 70 - 80 bucks and plug and play. I believe 928SP carries them, and some others on Ebay.

I don't see any "links" either, but what I did was go to eBay Motors and searched for Momo. I got about 800 listings, most of them for hubs. Then I narrowed the search with the addition of the word "NERO" and got about 40 listings. I searched these by price and found the subject listing which then included 9 steering wheels. The price is better than stated at $69 plus $20 shipping. I bought two of them and the total shipping was still just $20.

Then I went back to the 800 Momo listings and searched by the addition of "928" and got a different 40 listings, most of which are hubs. The hubs are $71.25, as I recall, and there are about 30 in that group of listings. That price is about common, but I'll probaby make my own hubs.

I hope that will help you to quit beating you head against the walls.

WTF-Over?

I think the it is because he already bought a 930 wheel but liked this better, plus it is cheaper.

Brad: You could get one of these and sell your 930 wheel, it would go really quick here. Personally I like the 930 wheel but this one is priced so much better.

Edit: Here is the Ebay link to whoever is interested. Upon close inspection they are Momo replica. Look at my pic and the one in the ad. The pic I posted has Momo embossed in the leather at the bottom, "Nero" printed on the lower spoke and the rings on the outer rim are supposed to be silver not chrome.

I have a 350 MM Momo steering wheel and love it. Best upgrade I've done on my 928 yet.

Changes the whole feeling of the car, feels more responsive, and more importantly gets rid of that "I'm driving a 70's era Mercedes Benz sedan with a GIANT steering wheel" feeling.

I'll never drive my 928 with a stock wheel again.

Yeah, I thought looked like it said N E R D instead of nero.

The 930-ish styles or MOMO 'Corse' styles look much better in 928s -IMHO.

Leather quality looks consistent with a knock-off.

I've had my Momo Competition wheel for close to 10 years now, and the genuine ones do wear very well.

ILL show you a pic but it cost me to much and I will have to be buried with it when I die
I bought it off a Rennlister who bought it off a Rennlister and I got it for $300 which was not bad but it stopped at customs and I was charged a extra 58 shipping and 76 duty.
sucks to be me

and it dosn't even have the dam painted crest on it which will cost me another 50

Well ended up buying a Momo Competition here locally. The PO used only for a couple of drives with the extended hub and I got it for $130 bucks. He didn't like the feel of a 350mm wheel on his RX-7. Gonna get a hub for it and install it over the winter.

Much nicer than that first one IMO...suits the car perfectly, whereas the first one was too blingy.

I have a Momo Millenium wheel fitted..........looks and feels much better than stock.

I bought the wheel from 928 Specialists as well the needed mounting kit............don't remember the price, many years ago now.

One matter to consider, the stock strg wheel was designed to give full view of all gauges where the Momo blocks instant glances.

I think the gauges on the sides will be blocked a bit speedo and tach should be OK. I am going to take the little label off that says Competition and install a Porsche horn button to try for a more factory look.

I honestly liked the look of the Nero but after realizing the wheel on the Ebay auction was a replica Momo I was concerned with the quality.

The Competition does block the gauges a bit, but you'll get used to it.

Here is a quick Blackberry shot of mine from under the car cover, w/ Porsche crest horn button.
