Default Anyone need and Web work done? Trying to support my habit!

Hi everyone. First, I'd like to apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this.

I've been lurking on these forums for a while now, in preparation for the day when I'm in the market to buy my dream car, the 928.

While I've got some money saved, having a new house and young family has kept me from saving as fast as I hoped. With that, I'd like to offer my services as a web manager/content editor/designer to anyone willing to support a (hopefully) new owner!

I am currently employed as the Online Communications manager for a multinational law firm. I have held similar positions in large financial companies and trade market publishing.

I have experience doing information architecture, content editing and management, HTML and CSS coding, email marketing, image editing and production, SEO, and some PPC online advertising.

So, if your business or even personal website can use an upgrade, I can offer reasonable hourly or flat rates and the opportunity to help a fellow enthusiast!

Thanks!

Your first thought was correct - should have gone with it.

Try the Jobs Wanted forum here instead.

Or CraigsList.

Good luck.

Welcome,
Hope you get your car!.
IMHO
I believe these types of things belong in the for sale and wanted forums for all of rennlist. There are several guys in the forum that do IT work and design work. This would be considered an Ad and unless your a sponsor and doing 928 work it's frowned upon.

Having said that Good Luck!

There was a guy that posted this in the "off topic" forum:
Sorry if this is not the place to post this...but I am in a jam.

Business is slamming. And...my present Web Programmer is sadly moving towards a regular full-time gig. As a result, I need a go to person to help me program interactives for web, touchscreen, and iPad, etc. At the moment, I have 7-8 upcoming projects. Half of which are due by the end of Jan.

I work with medium to large profile clients. Past clients include - Mitsubishi Electric, Mini, USA, Lotus Cars USA, Volkswagen USA, Boeing, and more.

My company's site: http://www.centricreative.com

If any of you are interested, have the experience, please contact me either by email or PM.

Thanks,
Chad

There's your problem.. if you think that's gold colored, you've been saving the wrong sort of gold
