We are two weeks out from 2nd Saturday *** gathering in Austin and we invite (and usually see) some of the SA crowd here! Love to have you come up...you can bring the beer or save it for the folks you might meet here the next weekend!

Hope to meet you and see your 928 in Austin in 2 weeks!

James,

stop trying to hog all the beer. Tony's plan was to bring that beer over here to us, on the Coast

He He He I can keep it colder just by putting it outside.
Not for long though or it would freeze

B, "Thank you", for reminding us how much we really miss the cold. Step 1: Give your snowblower a rest, kick off your Sorel's & wool socks, shed that goose down full length coat, long johns, etc. Step 2: Put on your beach shirt, shorts & flip flops. Step 3: Bring beer $$ Note: We do have plenty of coolers & koozies to keep them cold for ya while your way down south here on the Tropical Coastal Bend, Texas. (FYI-It's 80 degrees today, that's 26.7 C) T

OK Tony you are twisting my arm.

It just so happens that Exxon is out of Houston and they are managing Syncrude, the place I work.
Hmmm I wonder if I could relocate and transfer.

That would be sweet

B, Let see, frezze your asses off in the frozen tundra, sucking in the fumes from your pathetic little 2 stroke snowmobiles, and without the ability to take out the 928 unless you install snow chains on it, or, transfer to the Houston area where it's aprox 60+ warmer and you could be tooling around in your 928 hitting the wine country with your warm, fellow, 928'rs, hmmm... T

Come on Brad, we can always use another 928 owner in TX...we are trying to get them all here anyway! Having pretty good luck if you look at the 928 Owners Club membership roles too!

Or maybe I could get a job as a tech at a porsche dealer down there, naaa
I like not having to pull wrench for a job.
It is much nicer to do it for fun, and train others.

Oh well, it is a dream I am sure, but I promise that I will search my computer when I get back to work on monday, I would enjoy the change in climate.

I want to move to TX one of these days. I'm sick of cold and snow in the winter. It's sunny today but only going to have a high of 33 f.
