9am Sunday - VA Fun Run, Blue Ridge Parkway MM1
Lookin' to get in one more solid run before in before it starts gettin' cold.
Fall colors should be in full effect!
BRP Mile Marker 1, a couple miles east of Waynesboro, off I-64. Only goes South.
9am
Will be running down and back, running easy and safe, and taking scenic breaks... so it should be hard to "catch up".
Will have Motorola set to standard channel or pm request for my cell number.

Have fun guys and enjoy the colors. I drove from Stuarts Draft to Charlottesville (Monticello High) for work for 8 years before we moved to Charlotte, NC 3 years ago. The fall colors were beautiful and the drive was so peaceful. I just wish I had a running 928 back then instead of a project 924 turbo. I would really like to see the 928 run the twisties through the mountains. Sorta like taking 33 from harrisonburg to Charlottesville through Shenandoah Park. That would be fun!

I'll pass. Thanks for the invite.
Just got back Tues from 3rd coast, 3200 miles round trip, so I need a break. Got a TB warning on the way home, spent the night at Greg Nettles' place south of Atlanta, tightened it up in the AM at his shop, then pressed the last 650 miles home. The tensioner was dry and cam gears showing some wear, so we assume that was the culprit. I'll be takinng it easy until I can get to the job this winter... too many competing priorities.
Have fun!
