Fuel lines + cannister 928 Euro 1980
Hi 928-Enthusiasts,
I just restored my fueltank support brackets (I welded a completely new one..photos will follow soon) and also replaced the inline & return fuelline.
However when I tried to start the car, I could not get it started. So here are my questions :
1. Is it normal when fuel line contains air that you cannot start the engine (4.5L)
and how to proceed next ???
2. how can I identify the supply fuel line and the return line ? Perhaps I
switched them accidently when replacing the fuel lines ???
3. Do you need the charcoal cannister in combination with the extra little fuel
tank, because there is no charcoal cannister anymore (previous owner had
removed it)
thanks for your feedback
