Default Headlamp washer jet removal

Can these be removed (and then reinstalled) with the bumper cover on? I can get my hand up behind the fog light/running light assembly and feel the hose and clamp that attaches to the jets, but I'm afraid if I do get the hoses off, I won't get it back on. Is there also a nut that holds the jet onto the bumper cover? Any help or advice in this is appreciated.

Also, where in the WS manual is this? I can't seem to find it.

the jets are held on by a spin on nut, and that knuckle killer hose clamp. id say good luck my friend. best bet is to take the cover off. the WSM does not have alot of little things like this in them. which sucks.

Pulling the bumper cover really isn't all that bad- it's a crappy writeup but I have a few pointers here. The key is an 8 mm gearwrench for the bolt under the headlamp mounting bracket, with the lights up.

The fitings have ridges that retain the hose pretty well.
I think it would be next to impossible to address them properly without removing the bumper cover.
