I love my 928, but I love this 911, too. :)

Not bad but I can't get past the feeling that they drive very similarly to a beetle.
The interior looks somewhat tired considering mileage, the rear sears are very badly faded.
Sorry, I'll stop picking apart the car now.

I like this one, too. The interior is gorgeous!

Compare that '84 911 to an equal '84 928...
928 faster
928 Probably quicker, but it sort of depends on who is doing the shifting
928 50% more expensive (when new of course)
I don't think anyone would give the interior quality and functionality nod to a 911 (of this era anyway) over the 928...
Now as used cars the 928 is 65% (again keep condition in mind and that looks to be a nicer 911 than we see '84 928's) LESS expensive. Just kills me!

I am also torn between my 928 and wanting a 911. Had 3 back in the 1970's and loved the sports car feel. The 928 is a far nicer driver but there is nothing like getting it on in a 911. I want both in my garage....someday!

+1 on that. My next one will be a 930. Plan in effect now to make it happen next year if all goes well. That will be my trifecta of P-cars and with my Jeep and Ranchero I'll be set for a while.
