Default Electrical Genius Needed

From the Throttle Valve Switch to the LH Control Unit are White/Red, Brown, and White wires. From the Switch itself to the first connector are Blue,Yellow, and Black wires. Since my connector disintegrated on the Switch (male) side , I need to know what the wire color match-ups should be ; for example white -black, brown -yellow, white/red to blue . I can make my own connector if I can match the wire colors correctly.

By including "valve" in the description, I thought you were talking about the ISV.

Is this what is commonly called the WOT switch? Can someone id the part we are talking about? I never heard of a "throttle vave switch."

In PET and Wiring Diagram, it is called Throttle Valve Switch and I don't knows its common name or purpose.

Try this, based on continuity measurement on my desk as shown.

Wiring diagram doesn't give wire colors for TPS harness extension, which this is.

Thanks Landseer. That was my guess based on how the wires were bent.

Had the same problem. Just crumbled into a thousand pieces.

Got a new male connector housing from Roger and just pushed the old connector spades in and it worked perfectly. Make sure when you push them in that they clip in and hold. You might need to pry the retaining tabs out a bit. YMMV.

You are right, there is a throttle valve switch, in PET. I give up trying to copy the pet page. It looks like it is attached to the throttle body and that is what I thought was the throttle position or WOT switch. I'm still confused. In your pic, have you removed it from the throttle body?

There is an extension cable that links them.
