I think a lot are multiple-site listings and relists.

Many have been hawked for a long time in one form and forum or another.

I guess to be serious about it, esp the CL ones, you've got to check hourly and pounce on something new fairly assertively.

A few flippers here dislike the listings because of the competition factor. I remember one incident when a poster asked advice on one and somebody noticed a clue in the photo, tracked it down and tried to buy it out from under the poster. And, claimed 'dibbs' on it since the poster wasn't a paid member. Hillarity.

No stealing 928's out from under people! There aremore than enough to go around! I don't know jow some of you own more than one! One hurts the wallet enough!
