Just checking ... Your comment:
"Your LH would have been trying to adapt to your old MAF, Those parameters are held in SRAM which looses its data when you unplug the LH or do a battery disconnect."
is only valid for 87+ MY cars. I do not believe this would be the case for an 85-86 MY car given the simpler LH. If my assumption is incorrect, could you please straighten me out?

Hi Glenn, yes only applicable to 87 and later cars. These cars have LH2.3, earlier LH cars use LH2.2 which don't have SRAM or any diagnostic capability.
