JP, I am the wine director of a shop outside of Chicago. We are full service and offer a very nice selection of microbrews and imports.
This is from the Bell's website:
"Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle and again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American-style India Pale Ale."
It is pretty great beer.

Bob what do you think of Stone Breweries IPA? I can't get enough of their beers and I typically get bored quick!

Love it. Stone is a great brewery. That was my go to beer when I lived in San Diego. It just made it to IL a few months ago. Reunited and it feels so good.
I'll tell you what, Sam Adams has been doing a sort of Pepsi challenge for two new brews to see which to produce. Their new Belgian IPA is awfully impressive.
I must say though, fall is fast approaching in the mid-west, we are now in Oktoberfest mode. Lot's of great beer out there right now.

Bob,
Are you going to make it down to Greg's event next month? I am planning on donating a bottle (or perhaps two) of Utopias to the festivities. Maybe we could get a couple other interesting "brews" together.
Hans
