redneck trans removal 101
start but putting a big piece of cardboard under the jacked up rear end of yur car. use ratchet straps to strap trans up inside yur car use sheet metal screws to attach straps to yur car. take out crossmember any way you want. once crossmember is out slide yurself under yur car and relase the straps untill the trans is resting on yur chest. once the trans is on yur chest have an assistan or two pull on yur feet untill you and yur trans slide out from under yur car. to install just revers steps. works for import as well as domestic front wheel drive or rear wheel drive. happy redneck motoring in yur car

Did that with the trxfr case on a 4wd 'burb. Very heavy on my chest. Had a white buffer pad on my head for a hat. Wife got upset trying to help me, said I was going to die dressed like a lunch lady under the car.
