Mark,
I hope you didn't put your wife's car outside. I did that w the 2 928s for a while and I can tell you the conversations I had w her where not "the best".

I will tell you though, it's pretty cool to say, "I've got a Porsche and a Ferarri in the garage!!!" Way cool!!

Here's James" garage, it reminds me of the poster you quoted this from.

Yep the driveway is filled with her Jeep, my dd Baja and the Lemons CRX on a trailer. The Jeep got booted when the 308 arrived and she didn't complain...much. Actually the only time I've heard problems is when it's been raining and she has to go outside to get in the car. Luckily it's been a dry summer! Our previous home had a 3 car garage and I really miss that. The 2-car was the single biggest objection I had about this house but everything else was so good for us I was willing to compromise that. Problem is she won't let me build the garage I want here, so that will have to wait for the next house.

Is it strange that in these economic times, we have 3 V8s averaging about 17mpg overall, and the least powerful one gets the worst mileage - the 928! Guess I won't win any Hollywood green awards. The Commander is the fastest in a straight line, ouch. At least the Baja returns a consistent 28mpg on the daily commute.

Sweet pair!

I hope you pulled them back in before hitting the garage close button.
