Your friendly aircraft supply is also a good source for the cable ends. Try Aircraft Spruce in CA.

Thanks for another potential source. Lug on car from factory has KL 35A stamped on it. Does anyone know how this might identify it regarding wire gauge, etc. ?

I went to the radio store and made mine out of #1 Monster Cable. But if I was to do it agian I would go to a welding shop and use there wire and have them crimp the copper lug to the end.

GO to your local West Marine they have the cable and the tools to crimp them.

WURTH carries all the orriginal equipment conectors and electrical supplies for bosche equiped cars in thier automotive section find a dealer and they should be able to hook you up
