Jim... not sure about the difficulties via mobile, but it is worth it to check them out on laptop or desktop for sure!
Remember, the links by model year are only the closeout deals... click on the "Go to catalog" and you will see the other brands/manufacturers they carry for the same item. So, if the closeout brand isn't the one you are familiar with or looking for -chances are they have it in their catalog.
I did some aimless searching from the closeout deals and I am pleasantly suprised at their "regular" prices.
Good hunting!

Great prices, great service, great delivery... watch out on shipping costs... little items many times have the same shipping as larger items and sometime helps to combine. The products arrive from a variet of locations/warehouses... sometimes the next day for me.
Yeah, I know they aren’t a sponsor, but if you are looking for online transactions and feel comfortable making sure you order the right stuff the first time… this is good. I can’t speak for the “phone” service. I’ve never had to use it. Everything I’ve order has shown up… it just works.
Most of the stuff I’ve bought through them was for my truck, but they have basic run of the mill stuff for 928’s too. Not sure about that knock sensor… it’s missing its tail. Relays, belts, hoses, plugs, and pads are a little less difficult to source. 928 specific stuff you’re still probably better off with one of the sponsors.

Anyone heard of Wagner ThermoQuiet brake pads? They are not listed in the wholesale clearance, but they do have a $30 mail-in-rebate for a full f/r set. $36 + shipping gets you F/R on an S4. I think they were even cheaper on OB brakes.

FWIW, brake pads are an area on my car that I'm not really willing to experiment on. If you can find a known brand/model hidden in a generic description that's fine, but... The Rock Auto and parts warehouse places generally carry the lowest-cost pieces. In pads that can be all over the spectrum. I still have the first replacements in my car 60k later, so it's not like spending a few extra dollars is going to significantly affect my cost-per-mile or even cost-per-year numbers. So my next pad purchase will likely be from Mark rather than from a faceless website, after he makes the recommendation for what I need.
My too sense.

That what I though last night as I was getting frustrated w/Rockauto's website.
I though to myself, why am I trying to save twenty bucks?

Bump - had the email from Rockauto this morning saying its closeout time again. Links on the first post are still valid.
A quick glance at just 89MY shows they have ABS relays for $23 (I've bought the beckarnley ones before - they're made by the correct OEM (SHO) and are identical to the Porsche part).
