dont be shy djur, show us your 79.

I hope to have a nice shiny paint job on it done this winter but the quote was between 12 and $15,000 so I will have to see how much overtime I can get in this next shutdown starting in september.
Nothing but cash up here

Oh, and yes. The film is clear matte, so it makes any color matte.
Great! As soon as I get my car(s) I will give them a call. I will need frontal clear bra on one and perhaps, just perhaps will do a full matte wrap on the Turquoise Metallic car. Could be fun if not too expensive.

What is the effect on metallic paint? I have a hard time visualizing a matte metallic.

Well it wont be metallic, im sure that detail wont show up. But the base color should create some interesting combinations for 928 owners out there

...or, if you don't like the matte, you could wrap the whole car in clear bra and not have to worry about polishing, bird droppings, and all the other nasty stuff.

I find polishing cars to be one of the small joys in car ownership

Especially when you go from an ok finish to a truly stunning one.

... but do you like doing it over and over again?

I'd rather spend the time driving...

Xpel - do you have any pics of a metallic colored car, other than black, that has been wrapped in the clear matte? Would love to see how it transforms colors like blue, red, burgundy etc.

A small sample won't make it easy to visualize the end result.
