How much oil after engine rebuild s4 1991 ???
I put in 7,5 liters but stick gives low level

8.5 or 9. Check the stick!

You should also measure your stick unless you know exactly where it came from and where it's been...

if your starting with an empty system including the oil cooler,
then you may need up to 10 QTS to top it up.
check the level after shut down and wait 10 mins

And make sure the car is level!

If the front end is jacked up or you're on a hill you can overfill it. (BTDT)

And always wrap it well if it is going someplace new.
