8" H4 or 9004 HID?

The stock lighting is kind of weak. Would plug and play HID I see all over ebay be a good choice compare to $800 8" H4 housing only?

I go with 8" H4 w/ HID.

The H5 (9004) with HID is hard on other drivers due to their lack of a sharp cutoff.
