I am sure DR would love to get more of them, but my understanding is that they are just not to be had.

You guys need to also READ the Posts instead of just looking at the purdy pictures....

I can tell you guys in general you dont know how lucky you have it with all your 928 suppliers.. Yes I mostly dealt with 928gt. But after selling the 928 and going to the 996 (911)... I really do miss the speacialized support that comes with all the 928 suppliers. Although it is now starting to become more common, it was really rare to find a 911 guy (general guy, not a track guy) thats was willing to take a wrench to their car. Then the suppliers are REALLY tight lipped about what they know. They will only provide enough information to sell you the part and will only answer questions that are asked with out adding any real feedback.

The bottom line.. The 928 community is tight.. Keep it that way and support all your specialized 928 vendors...

Also, the SITM is cool. Too bad we couldn't get the car on the road on time!

Here's the "polar opposites shot," which deserves recycling:

Ha! I was checkin' out all the appreciation in this thread when my wife caught a glimpse behind me.
She asked me if I was looking at P@%n... I said no, just Rennlist. She laughed as if she didn't believe me... so I showed her.
She said the one on the right looks bigger than the one on the left.

Dave and Jeannie are great folks and it is always a pleasure doing business with them. I’ve used them for the last eight years since getting my car and have attended every SITM since. They have gone out of their way to help me and I appreciate their help.

SITM is a huge undertaking and I appreciate all they have done to make it a special event each and every year. They are always a huge personal and financial commitment. Dave and Jeannie have also gone out of the way to support our local Frenzy event.

I’ve had the same experience as Gary. I will deffinatly be sending more business their way my Strosek project will be ramping up this fall. I need to start making my parts lists soon, I’m a terrible procrastinator!

Cheers,
