I rarely see them, maybe one or two every six months. But in my recent drive from Dallas to Atlanta I passed a red S4 on I-20, got a wave too. Definitely an unusual sight on the road. I do see more Astons than 928s, for sure.

I will see a 928 once or twice a month in the vegas, henderson, northtown area, what I seem to see almost on a daily basis are pre 85.5 944s. (boxsters and 996s are a dime a dozen here)

I see 928s every day Every time I go down to the garage, there is that red 928 sitting there... Does my car count? I did see two other 928s in the last 3 months, that's besides the Porsche gatherings - there are at least a couple of other 928s there...

I have seen two red ones here in ABQ driving around, a silver one at a buddy shop that is just sitting there, and i just saw a parts car. thats it. i might see one of the red OB's once every 3 months.

Saw an S this morning. Copperish color (not brown, not gold). Very cool color and clean! Sitting in LA morning traffic

Saw a red OB scrap-yard candidiate sitting in the corner of a 911 repair shop near downtown Burbank. Looks like it's been there a long time. It's waiting for something, just don't know what.

In the meanwhile, at least one gets seen by hundreds of SoCal residents and visitors on an almost daily basis. I'm trying to do my part here.

There is a black GTS that I see every few days. I've a red one (S) passing through and I swear I was looking in a mirror when I was in Mendocino waiting to pull on the highway when I saw another chocolate brown S go whizzing by.
There's a 968 down the street from me, the black GTS, a 924 Turbo that is parked near my work every day. I've heard tale the the guy with a Delorean under a tarp also has a 928 in his barn (nice that the 928 gets the indoor parking over the Delorean.)
911's and all the modern variations are a dime a dozen here.

This Saturday there should be LOTS of 928's just down the road from me... Norcal 928 meet up and I have to work!

Living just outside NYC there isn't much you don't see. In warmer weather I see a 928 at least every month occasionally 2 or 3 in a week. Varying degrees of age and condition. Although I have seen a few GTS's at car shows I don't think I have ever seen another GTS on the road other than mine. I see 928's about as often as I see older 911's, 968's and 944's. 914's even less than 928's but occasionally they show up same with a CGT or two.

Newer Porsche's 996's on up most models and other cars are everywhere and seen multiple times daily. So much so I barely pay attention anymore. I see far more Bentley's, AM's, Ferrari's, Lambo's etc daily than I do 928's.

Besides Polecat702's S4, I have only seen one other 928 here in Vegas. May have been you, Philip, as it was a red 928S I saw around Charleston and Decatur about a month ago. I agree that Boxters and 996's are saturated around here. I also see 944's regularly. There's a guy with an early n/a that lives in my condo's and a nice blue n/a in the neighborhood where I will be moving to later this month. When I get out to my garage, I also see my 951 (on stands ). I really have to quit procrastinating on that TB/water pump job.
