Isn't that the one that Barry Johnson flew down to try to get started and discovered some issues? There's a thread about it here somewhere...

Owner is Robert Eisenman, I talked to him a few months back. This is a former track car set up with weber carbs, which may or may not be still included. I wish I had time to go take a look, or better, hear it run with the webers, but I don't and couldn't take it home if I wanted it. I may go look at it anyway.

I'm not sure if it could be registered in Calif, or what its current reg status is either.
