Default gt cams and 1989 cams

Hi, i have a doubt, are the same cams in a 928 gt that a 928 s4 with digital cluster?

No they are not.

im locking now, workshop have 3 diferent references:

a 928 105 273 00
928 105 273 00
928 105 273 01

i dont know what is the meaning of "a"

The identifier for GT cams is the '01' stamped on the rear end.
