I think the coolant level sensor has some issues/is known to fail. Check the levels and sensor connections.

Hi Mr. Lee! Welcome to rennlist!

I agree with danglerb that this might be a sensor issue. However, it could as well be a wiring issue.

The coolant level should be at or just above the seam in the tank. If the coolant level warning is set when the coolant level is OK, the problem can be the coolant level sensor, the coolant pressure sensor in the line just forward of the top of the tank under the fender edge, an electrical problem (usually bad connection), or a faulty warning system computer, in decreasing order of probability. The sensor is the most common problem by far.

The washer fluid warning is probably low fluid or a sensor problem.

If you mean coolant light stays on while engine is running and the engine is not running hot then first thing:

1.Check to see if there is antifreeze on the top of the expansion tank as they are prone to crack and leak over time. If leaking then the sensor is doing it's job. Replace expansion tank.
2. Check for leaks elsewhere around the engine compartment. Repair leaks if found.
3. If no leaks found check the sensors or any associated fuses, relays wiring etc.

My sensors are very sensitive to a drop in antifreeze level and come on promptly. even a little loss of AF raises coolant temperature on my '89. Good luck!
