Default Really nice oem 16 928 S wheels with metal center caps FS

I have these wheels which so many members have promised to buy -but no luck yet.
I'll sell them now for 125.00 plus shipping. Local pick up would be so much easier.

Regards Rich

Amazing that so few people appreciate the flat dish wheels. They are forged Fuchs that originally cost about $1,100 EACH!

Far stronger than the cast wheels most replace them with.

Agreed. I love them. And this set is very nice. Just have other priorities right now.

The problem is that they look so dated, and since the 928 still looks contemporary, it needs an updated wheel look. Having said that, I keep the period correct phone dials on the Bluemax, and I love the look. My 84 and 86 both had the manholes, and they never excited me as to looks. I love cup II's best.

I keep thinking that porsche thought this was the future back then. They have this total recall futuristic feel. I also laughed when I saw them first thinking they were plastic.

I do love them now though, they grow on you. After all they are supposed to be on my car for the period and I'm too much a cheap *** to buy other ones. I powdercoated mine for 150 euro total and hand painted the logo's with model paint. Looks perfect. They have some metallic sparks in the paint now.
