At the dealer we would cut a hole in the firewall to replace the cams, fastest & easiest way.
At this point refrain from drilling a hole in the Anchor MM's.
First shake them next to your ear. If there is water sloshing around in them they are hydraulic.
Probably good to use.
If they do not slosh then squish them in a vice and see if they collapse easily - you will know if they are good or bad.
