Default 928 worldwide shut down?

Well, I've been trying to return 2 defective products to mason. They should have arrived yesterday but did not. Fedex tracking says, on 2 separate attempts:

cannot locate recipient
Incorrect address - Recipient moved

I've e-mailed and called their number several times with no response.
Anyone have any info?

shut down on ebay too, as well as their store shows everything at $1000

You could always message mason on here. But I doubt you will get a responce.

Wonder what happened to all that inventory. Maybe there's an auction coming up?

Probably he is moving "to a bigger location" again.

No, can't say it has been a pleasant experience thus far. However, I got a response from a fellow RLer about a similar shipping experience with Fedex. (thanks!) Somewhere along the line there appears to be a shipping discrepancy in their system. Mason just responded to me. Hopefully the returns will find there way to his shop.

Sorry to hear this. I didn't ever have a problem with Mason. I bought a nice airbag wheel from him and it worked out just fine. Got a good deal, good shipping. Sent it on to Paul for recovering, now it is one of the best looking wheels you can find!

Just don't test the airbag function...

Hope I never need to. The system goes through a check every time you start the car though and no "faults" have popped up.

I guess I can take him off of my 'exclude sellers' list...
