That's actually quite clever. I've long disliked the look of that old 3-spoke wheel. The cover really updates the look.

I'm actually buying the console lid from him. It's higher than the standard lid, so would probably make a better armrest, and it's apparently stronger.

I actually purchased that pad and use it on MY86. I like the look of the wheer verses the stock square padded wheel.

I've done my own version of these wheels in a couple of different styles. But I certainly can't compete with the prices from Thailand.

Paul - I will say the ebay pad is not bad but I'm pretty certain that one would notice a quality difference if placed side by side with the one in your latter picture.

Same ebay seller offers a urethane hatch receiver thing. Odd the stuff that pops up ROW.
