Thanks for the compliments, this car has been a tough sort , lots of the little things to make it all back up to snuff, it wont be a show car but a well sorted DD thats fun to run.\
Steve, I may be calling Ken for the chips but i have few other things to work on still and adding more HP isnt one of them right now.
The car runs pretty strong as it sits .

Are you planning a quick once-over the interior with some leather dye?
Beautiful car!

I was thinking the ColorGlo folks could probably even up that dash coloring w/o costing to much or being to much trouble...would really make the interior look NICE and cohesive.

actually the interior looks pretty good in daylight there are subtle color changes but its a DD and the colors are not that much of a difference for me to worry about.
The best part is hearing the car run through the gears from the bigger exhaust, so your busy watching where your going not looking at dash colors

It is always funny how flash pics always accentuate little differences and stuff like that. Carpets are the same way. The classic gray carpet when photographed with a flash often look a little pink...weird.

the cluster is beautiful after swapping in a few lights and the ODO gear, Thanks
Plus the its showing 89,875 the car has a TMU and I got a broken odometer with 152,000 showing, though the major assembles have been replaced with rebuilt units.
the trans and TT looks to have come from 928INTL and they were probably rebuilds as they work perfectly.

Echo Stan's recommendation on the clear plastic shower curtain. For the adhesive, I like a thin bead of strip-caulk instead of contact cement. It more closely matches what the car came with, plus you can remove and replace the plastic easily if/when you need to get into the door cavities again for service.

Merlin, Great Job on the car.....I am impressed at the depth you went to, to turn it into a good looking DD. I will take this moment to thank you for all the advice and answers you have given to my questions too. Great Color, Love the Wheels, who makes them? Once again great Job!

SkyViking the wheels are made by OZ racing and are forged they were made for the 928 with a 8.5 X 17 up front and then 9.5 X 17 in the rear i dont remember the ETs but they are perfect for the 928.

Thanks again I am really liking driving a good 5 speed since the trans shifts so smooth i will not do a whole lotta racing through the gears so it will last plus the new clutch.
