I noticed the part circled in red in the photo below has a crack in the wire sheath. I would like to address / repair it, but I am not really sure what it is or what system(s) to look at the WSM / Parts Catalog to try to identify it. Any ideas?

ABS power supply line.

If you feel the need to disconnect it, undo the battery strap first.
