18 inch versions of Classic 928 Wheels
Simple poll. Vote for the wheel you would like to see in more modern 18 inch diameters with more appropriate offsets. Todays tire choices for our aged 16/17 inch wheels are diminishing.
You can choose more than one
An example of a wheel size I'd like to see: 9Jx18 ET70 - Front 11Jx18 ET45 - Rear
Unfortunately the poll option limits you to only four choices. Therefore I chose the four I believe are the ones most would be interested in:
Club Sport
D90's
Cup I / C2 Turbo (known as both)
Cup II / 993
If you are a fan of the retro Phone Dials or the Flat Dish wheels feel free to post comments about them as well.
If you think the existing 928 stock sizes are fine and would have no interest in new 18in versions then comment away and if your wheel desires and needs are met by other Porsche wheels or third party providers of performance wheels (Fiske, HRE, ....) then indicate that as well.

Everybody goes down this road until you know the cost of doing some one-off custom wheels.
Something more do-able would be taking some flat wheels and milling them out to be club sports, and cutting out the wheel center to make a 3 piece wheel in a 17" size.

Why mill out an existing 16 inch wheel that looks like a Club Sport wheel? For that cost you can just buy a set of CS. Making a three piece 17 inch wheel still has the same problem, lack and diminishing tire choices in widths most want, especially on the rear.

Definitely phone dials.
There are already plenty of 5-spoke 18's on the market and the flat dish/D90/CS wheels are rather boring IMO.
It would be cool if we could get enough people together to convince Strosek to do another production run with 8"-9" front and 11" rears with 928 offsets:

I would love some 18" phone dials. I think you could cut the centers out of a 16" wheel to make a 3 piece 17", but I doubt it could do an 18".
I thought about doing this, but then realized how stupid it would be to do for a car I paid $2000 for.

The actual porsche phone dial style with the raised lip around the holes, in a deep dish offset in an 18" diameter FORGED wheel would be sweet. I'll bet you could talk CCW into doing it here stateside. That would save alot of money VS getting them from Strosek. If you made them in a 3 piece style it would also save some $$ vs one piece wheels since they would still be able to use their existing rim halves and offer many widths and offsets to suit everyones needs.
