Stan,
I talked about this 'kit' with him.
I asked for a couple of specific pictures and he refused to remove the kit from the car and take the pictures. Until I had paid for it. He was also 100% firm on his price for it.
I did get some pictures of a few parts. There were some parts which really do look like they were cobbled together (no offence).
Equally note worthy is that this SC head unit was run without a filter for a period of time (hence the desire for some specific pictures prior to commitment).

Still with an '88 S4 parts car in the garage next to my dis-assembled race car But I do have a running and usable '90 GT (as well as my M3).

If I remember correctly from previous threads. Pottsiwebber bought this SC'er kit from Kevin Michaels. Kevin had bought it as a stage 2 kit from Tim Murphy and then gradually changed it to try to improve it's performance to equal that of a stage 3. Kevin decided to go w/ a turbo and sold the SC'er.

It started out as a Stage-1 kit that Kevin bought from Tim. It ended up getting modified from the initial Murf Stage-1 kit in various ways by both Kevin on his car, and then also by potsiewebber on his car after he bought the setup from Kevin.

Only real advantage in GTS vs any 5L block is that GTS block has three breather holes next to main bearings. This allows air to pass from side to side when pistons move up and down. This means slightly more hp. Usually GTS blocks have too thin walls for 104mm so any advantages they have can't be used.
