7" Hella Ecode lights + Orsam H4 55w Night Racer bulbs
"Up to 90% more light on the street - Increased road illumination over standard bulbs. This means the drivers has up to 90% more light on the road ahead and can see much farther. A clear advantage in performance, safety, comfort, and style."
"Up to 10% whiter light - Higher color temperatures makes the emitted light appear whiter and is anticipated by other drivers as more powerfull, comfortable, and stylish than standard lamps."

If that is low beam it doesn't look very well aimed to me. In fact they also look rather like an LHD pattern... Seems to be projecting more to the left than the right...
Brighter and safer only go together if you have well aimed lights with a good cut-off - otherwise brighter for you is just more glare for the poor soul driving right at you... quite possibly the exact opposite of safe...
You should park on level ground and project the lights on a vertical wall... will help to gauge the pattern and aim.
