Tuomo,
I am very tempted.
But I am curious.
The glyco bearings tend to be on the tight side from the factory to start with. Is the reason you are not running them because they are too tight now and will require a light amount of material to be removed for their proper use?

The bearings are provisionally spoken for.
Calico says:
I am not using them because of the preferences of my engine builder (Porsche OEM).
Calico says:
Will I have to change my clearances to use coatings?Calico's CT-1 dry film lubricant used on engine bearings, valve springs, oil pump gears, timing and transmission gears is 0.0002" to 0.0004" thick and generally speaking does not need extra clearances. A benefit of Calico Coated bearings is the allowance for tighter clearances.
