If you're willing to settle for non Porsche ones, Yakima and Thule both make a system that fit the 928.

They do make the clips and crossbars, but not sure about the attachment points...

The front Thule cross bar will attach just like the OEM, the rear....not to much. Only the OEM crossbar uses the two bolts under the hatch.
