Alternator mount points changed in 85.

Later bracket has been reported to fit earlier car, with pump, but you'd need a later alternator.

I tried to move an early alternator, 84, to a later car and discovered the mounting differences.
Leslie fitted an early alternator to a later car, actually a delco conversion, and that confused me, she said they moved the early bracket and pump to the later car as well.

So the reverse switch should be possible. By deduction. Have not done it.
