Here's a car on Craigslist. No affiliation. The spelling errors in the ad are scary.

Just looking in my local area on craigslist, a search with "Porshe" gets more than a half a dozen ads. Many cars have good breaks, and need saled.

This last Friday I looked at 928 for around 4k here in NYC and it didn't look too good. Doubt this one is any better... Is it even possible to buy a good 928 for 4k? Judging by Ebay prices, a decent (not excellent) 928 will cost around 10k. Still looking for mine...

Cheers!

I bought my 79 for 2.5k! Run's perfect. Came with turbo twist wheels new tires, lowered suspension, new interior, seats, dash, and headliner. Headers with custom duel exhaust. Engine was pulled and resealed, gaskets etc.

All I needed was paint. I have less than4k in it!

Just bought my '83 Euro for $3200 from an ad on CL and still think it was a great deal...not a perfect example, but a great start. Drove it home with no problems. Just now getting into it, so it sits in the garage (I'm still driving the 951 daily ). What is with these guys who oviously know nothing about these cars stating that their car for sale has 300+ bhp? That's the second ad I've seen in a week for a pre '86 non euro car stating it has 300 hp!
