Default Flat battery

My first post - Hi to all!

My '85 928S2 (Not 32 valver - I assume is Euro? - right hand drive bought in South Africa) is having some issue, right now the important one is flat batteries, also my voltmeter inside the car fluctuates quite badly if I switch on indicators or lights - any ideas where I should start looking - also remember I am very much a layman so simple terms will be appreciated.

I suggest you join the forum or reutterwerk or both. Read the new visitor thread. Search "Parasitic drain", a common problem involving use of trickle charger or batt disconnect switch and cleaning all ground/earth contacts, etc. Also found in the new visitor thread. More specific infornation will get more specific answers. Welcome, and good luck.
