He ships the right parts, on time, and offers no excuses that reflect poorly on an honest customer.

If there is anything that YOUR customers need, where I can provide any assistance, all you have to do is ask. Gratis.

In my short time I have needed parts I have dealt with Roger. I have also dealt with some other vendors and I have to say Roger comes out on top! He is the MAN! I will be buying all of my parts from Roger.

I'll bite... exchanged a couple emails with Roger. took a few days for him to answer my initial email. Still haven't connected on getting injectors and a few other items ordered. Is calling anymore effective than email?
Been waiting for order to ship or at least an update from another company... I am beginning to think that all 928 parts people like to take their sweet time. Not happy so far. Willing to give Roger another shot after all of this positive testimony.

I know he's pretty busy too, I counted 42 boxes of parts last night that were ready or almost ready to go out the door for shipping. Those were just the orders that were placed in the past two days. Calling is the best route, he rather enjoys talking to people.

Email is best for me as the phone gets tied up as early as 6.00am.
Hired more people to deal with the mass of orders.
We are normally open from 6.00am to 10.00PM - 7 days a week.

Dennis (Velocipus),
Checked my emails and yes I was late responding but as I said I was out of town and did apologize most profusly. Your first email was Wednesday lunch time and I replied on Friday morning with the prices you needed.
I also contacted you on the Sunday once I returned to the office. You replied by email on the Sunday morning.
I gave you my number to call me on the Sunday early that morning. You said you would call with a list that afternoon.
Sorry I never heard your call or received a message from you on the Sunday and I was in the office until late that evening.
Checked my emails and voice mail and all are up to date with no messages.
Sorry that my service is not up to your standards.
I am here in the office at the moment if you would like to call or send an email to tell me how I can help you further.
Best regards,
Roger

Fair enough Roger. Email is best for me as well. I appreciate the Sunday email. Something I did not expect. My message back was I would TRY to call you. Sunday is really the only time I get a whole day with the family. Seems we're both busy people. It's a good problem to have.

So I haven't really had a chance to know if your service is up to my standards or not. Judging by what the good folks here have to say, I will be quite happy once we do get an order going.
To be fair to Roger, I haven't given him much of a chance and as I mentioned in previous post I intend to give him a shot (if he'll give me another chance )

As far as not being happy... It's the experience of ordering 928 parts over all. have ordered belts and gaskets from another vendor and some of the items were not as described. Have another order in with yet another company and it's been sitting with a "shipment pending" note for almost two weeks. All I want is to receive updates without having to ask for them. Standard procedure in the industry that I work in. Roger, you've been the best of the bunch so far. I guess I should have figured that the ball is in my court.

Roger, we can take this conversation off list. Still haven't ordered the injectors, etc. I had still planned on getting them from you.

Please excuse the interruption ladies and gentlemen. We will ow return to our regular programming

That is a little unfair - the fact that I am waiting on PKensioner systems is not a reflection on the supplier.
We have a waiting list for the system and slowly working through the list.
They sell faster than we can make them.

I planned for more systems without the air pump bracket than the with air pump.
That is why we are short on the latter.
