Howdy - just bought a '79 928, and cant remember where the options are listed... any help? Russ & Russ

If they're not there, post the VIN and the options should be listed in PET 7.1 (I think, not 100% sure if works on pre - 17 digit VINs....)

The database doesn't give codes for the pre-17 digit VIN's.

Also, I don't believe the early cars had the sticker in the rear hatch? Thought that came in with the '81 change to 17 digit VIN?

Mine is missing the option codes.

I didn't realise you could find they out without a trip to porsche.

here is the vin no: WPOZZZ92ZLS842641

would someone be able to tell what the options codes where please.

Its a 1990 car, originally built for the LHD Japanese market (Country code C08 - C18 is Japan RHD).

Options list is:

Code Option Description
139 Seat Heating - Left
340 Seat heating - Right
567 Windshield green graduated tint


Sounds like you have no sunroof?

ok...I've been wondering about my options. All my sticker says is C02. Nothing is worn off etc. Just not there. I can see the C02 perfectly.

Vin is - WPOJB0928FS860826. Any info on options would be greatly appreciated.
