And another tip....I just replaced mine on my 82. The new kit did not include a male connector big enough to accept the 8 gauge wire from the starter ( pin 14) and the smaller gauge wire from the Cold start valve. I had to reuse the old pin as the hole was bigger than the others. Also,after considerable struggling I found that I had to install pin 14 ( bigger wire) first,then install the rest on that side. Everything went together fairly well once I figured those things out.
